When you apply for membership, contact us, or submit a partnership inquiry, we collect the information you provide (name, 42 intra username, email address, level, and message). For partners we also collect organization name and partnership type.
2. How we use your data
- To review and approve membership applications.
- To create and manage your member account.
- To respond to messages and partnership inquiries.
- To notify members about club events and updates.
3. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored in a private database on the same server that hosts this website. Access is restricted to club administrators.
4. Who can see your data
Only club administrators can view application and contact data. Public blog posts and public-facing pages do not expose applicant or member personal information.
5. Cookies
When you log in to the member or admin area, we set a secure session cookie. It is HttpOnly, Secure, and expires when you log out or after 24 hours of inactivity.
6. Third parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. We may use external fonts and icons loaded from Google Fonts and unpkg; those services may log your IP address according to their own privacy policies.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to update or delete your personal data at any time by emailing the admin team. You can also change your password in the member area.
